TECHNICAL ASSEMBLY DRAWINGS: FITTINGS
These three assembly drawings are from two different projects; however, the briefs were aligned in their requirements. For the staircase, the brief required a set of drawings that would communicate how an existing staircase should be constructed while ensuring compliance with SANS 10400. Additionally, the brief was aimed at helping us learn about the various technical aspects involved in constructing a staircase. The reception desk and kitchenette were designed to fit the GF Interiors workspace, with a strong focus on universal design, also adhering to SANS 10400 standards. These drawings provide clear, detailed instructions, enabling a construction team to accurately execute the design without confusion or errors.
